We have no clients, we only have partners.

As Milu has grown since 1998, we have evolved our strong family culture into a cohesive team culture. Vivid appreciation of our modest beginnings and where we have come from since then manifests itself in a humbleness that does not seek awards or pretentious accolades, but is rather only satisfied when our ‘client’s’ expectations are surpassed.

Our company culture and philosophy is influenced by the principles of Feng Shui which aims to create environments in which one feels comfortable and supported. These feelings are the emotive states we want our ‘clients’ to be in when dealing with Milu.

Our ‘client’ centric philosophy ensures we perceive our ‘clients’ as partners in business. As a result all ‘client’ relationships are long term ensuring mutual benefit and solid foundations are laid for future success.

We encourage employee empowerment, accountability and development. Open channels of communication allow for an environment of constant innovation and change.

This culture results in an environment in which all staff are acknowledged and rewarded for hard work. Succession plans, personal development and career paths are identified allowing Milu to continue to produce excellent products and deliver outstanding service to its partners.

This culture or philosophy extends to our service providers who are identified and selected for their commitment to product and service excellence as well as their ‘client’ centricity. We forge partnerships with our service providers too so that we can manage and ensure an extension of Milu’s service through our service providers to our partners.
