• Database conceptualisation and development: Conceptualisation is based on your current as well as expected future needs.
• Data maintenance: As data deteriorates on average by 25% per annum, it must be continuously updated. There are three steps in our data maintenance regime:
  • Immediate data cleansing routines which check that the data captured is accurate and valid. This is done at the time of capture.
  • Nightly routines interrogate data to seek out anomalies for flagging and further investigation.
  • Ongoing data updates through continuous customer interaction are achieved through ongoing data capture and database cross-referencing and mining and customer service centres.
• Data Mining & Segmentation: Segmentation by demographics and psychographics is an essential cornerstone of effective and engaging direct communications. We undertake specialised, complex data mining on our partners’ databases, then format and distribute the results as required.
• Data Spatialisation: Representing your database onto a referential map is a great way to evaluate micro- and macro-geographic, demographic and psychographic influences on your target market; we can accurately represent your database on a map for these purposes.
• Front Office Systems Interface: User-friendly front ends allow client access and customised routine data mining of databases. These are designed and programmed to compliment and integrate into your existing systems.
• Web design / enablement: we will web enable your databases and if necessary also assist with the design of web sites.
• Reporting: We will extract and distribute live or periodic updates to you at agreed intervals.
